1. I'll Listen
We’ll spend about an hour on a video call, talking about your concerns or symptoms, what you’ve tried in the past, and what you hope to get out of nutritional counseling.
2. We'll Plan
Within three days, I’ll send you an information packet and personalized plan. We’ll hop on a phone call to review all the materials and set goals for the next six weeks.
3. You'll Stick With It
We’ll have a 15-minute call each week for six weeks, plus you’ll have unlimited text and email support. By making subtle, sustainable changes, you’ll look and feel noticeably healthier.
